What we collect

The showing-request form collects your name, email, optional phone, and preferred timing. Nothing else is asked for. A hidden anti-spam field is used to filter bots; a person filling out the form never sees or touches it.

How it's used

Your request is sent by email to Mark Chiavetta, the listing agent at Coldwell Banker Realty, and to Eric Cotter, the owner — solely to respond to your showing request. A copy of each request is retained on our server so no request is lost. It is never sold or shared beyond that.

If email submission isn't available, the form may open your own email app instead. In that case we receive nothing until you press send.

Hosting

Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs — IP address and pages requested — for security and operations.

Third-party requests

Fonts load from Google Fonts. The video tour links go to the photographer's site, f8re.com.

Measurement

Measurement events may be recorded to understand how the page is used. They contain no names, emails, or phone numbers. If advertising or analytics tags are added later, this page will be updated first.
